MASALA CHAI

ingredients:

Black tea leaves           4 tsp
Ginger                     1 piece
Cardamom            3-4 pieces
Cloves                     5 pieces
Cinnamon                 piece
Sugar                     to taste
Milk                  as required

Method:


  • Boil 3 cups of water,add ginger,tea leaves,cardamom,cloves and cinnamon
  • let everything brew for two minutes
  • strain and discard the leaves and spices.add enough sugar and a touch of milk
  • serve hot with any meal,preferably breakfast.
